How far in advance should I book an airport transfer?+
Earlier is better, especially for early-morning departures and race weekends, but we often handle same-day requests by phone or WhatsApp.
Will you track my flight?+
Yes — all airport pickups are flight-tracked. If your flight is early or delayed, we adjust automatically with free wait time included.
What car will I be travelling in?+
Most jobs go out in our executive Mercedes-Benz E-Class saloons — quiet, comfortable and immaculately presented, seating up to 4 passengers with luggage. Through our wider network of licensed local drivers we can also provide standard saloons, 6-seater MPVs for families and small groups, 8-seater minibuses for larger parties, and wheelchair-accessible vehicles for passengers who need one. Just let us know your passenger and luggage count when booking.
Do you have wheelchair-accessible vehicles?+
Yes — wheelchair-accessible vehicles are available through our network of licensed partner drivers. Tell us when you book and we'll send the right car. Folding wheelchairs, walking frames and mobility scooters also travel in our MPVs and 8-seaters.
Do you charge for waiting time?+
We offer a waiting service for a small charge, so a driver can stay while an appointment, meal or event runs on. The charge is agreed with you before we confirm, so the price never changes at the door.
How big is your fleet?+
We run our own executive cars and work with a wider network of licensed local drivers, which gives us access to a large number of vehicles. That means multi-car wedding bookings, same-day jobs and back-to-back airport runs can all be covered, arranged and coordinated by us.
Do you do Soho Farmhouse runs?+
Yes — Soho Farmhouse from Banbury is a fixed £32 fare. We also handle Daylesford, Estelle Manor, Bamford and the surrounding members' clubs and hotels.
Can I book for Silverstone race weekends?+
Absolutely — book early. We handle F1, MotoGP and club race-weekend collections from hotels and accommodation across Brackley, Banbury and the Cotswolds.
Do you do weddings and events?+
Yes — bridal arrivals, guest shuttles, anniversaries and corporate events. Half-day and full-day hires available.
Are your drivers DBS checked?+
Yes — every driver is DBS checked and safeguarding trained. It's one of the reasons care homes, surgeries and families trust us with hospital and appointment journeys.
Can a care home or business set up a billing account?+
Yes — we set up billing accounts for care homes, businesses and other regular customers, so journeys can be booked as needed and invoiced rather than paid trip by trip.
