Do you invoice monthly?+
Yes. Every journey in the month is added to one invoice, so your accounts team receives a single bill rather than a receipt per trip. Credit terms are agreed when the account is set up.
Who can book on the account?+
The people you nominate. We set up the login or logins you ask for, and change them whenever your team does.
Can we see journeys we have already booked?+
Yes. Your login shows every recorded journey with the date, time, passenger and fare, along with the invoices they sit on.
Do you offer agreed rates for regular routes?+
Yes. If you use the same journeys each week or month, we agree fixed prices for them in advance so nothing changes from trip to trip.
Can you handle hospital runs for a care home?+
Yes. We record the resident's name and time against each journey, wheelchair-accessible vehicles are available, and we can wait at a hospital or clinic for a small agreed charge.

All our drivers are DBS checked and safeguarding trained. We are licensed by Cherwell District Council and fully insured.
